We deliver to Belgium, Europe, and the rest of the world.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Belgium: 2 to 5 business days.
Rest of Europe: 5 to 10 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, peak seasons, or customs delays.
64. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and will be detailed before order confirmation.
The costs may vary depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package.
4.1 Out-of-Delivery Areas
In some cases, our shipping provider may determine that the customer's address is in an out-of-delivery area. Even if the customer has already completed the payment, we may contact them later if the shipping provider requires an additional fee to deliver to the specified address. In this case, the customer may:
Provide an alternative shipping address within the delivery area.
Accept an additional charge if the shipping provider offers a delivery option with an extra cost.
Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
5. Order Tracking

To process a claim, we require:

Photographic evidence of the damage to the package or product (if applicable).
