Hand Gong - Wind Storm Series
A semi-flat, rimless gong with an immediate and enveloping sound response. It produces a storm of harmonics with a brilliant timbre that quickly ascends from subtle to powerful. Its sound remains reverberant for a very long time, making it ideal for sound baths, therapeutic sessions, and vibrational expansion.
Features
The smaller models (45–60 cm) are lightweight and allow for use as handheld gongs, easily projecting their vibrations onto the body. The larger models fill the space with complex harmonics that invite deeper breathing and expanded states of consciousness. The 95 cm Wind Storm is a majestic piece!
Each gong is hand-forged from a special alloy of copper and tin, and individually tuned by master gong makers from a family of skilled gong makers dedicated to making gongs for over three generations.
